Transform U Fitness
I have classes starting in July at Transform U Fitness in Lewisville. This is a wonderful place if you are looking to take your fitness to the next level. I could tell you’ll love it, but I’m not. I’m going to let you discover it for yourself. These ladies are looking to help you transform yourself mind, body and spirit. You will get the personal attention you deserve that is not found in a mega gym. Just imagine how your new body is going to look! Call Shayla or Heidi at 214-577-9641 and sign up before July 2010 so you can take advantage of the new upcoming Tuesday and Thursday night hoop classes.
Spin Cycle Hoop School
I am participating in a wonderful workshop this summer on August 21st with three other incredible hoop teachers. Please join the Spin Cycle Hoop School on Facebook. You will get lots of information and some free tutorials to improve your hooping skills. The workshop is designed for those who have the very basic hooping skills and this will take you the next level in skills, flow and creativity.

Please join my Hoopie Chick Facebook page to keep informed of my monthly hoop jam events. These are not classes, but FREE chances to practice, build a hoop community, and learn from others as well as share a part of yourself. We will be moving these events around the Lewisville and Flower Mound areas. Consider buying one of my collapsible hoops so you are ready to hoop on a moments notice, have hoop, will travel! The more you share your hoop love with the community the more you will get out of your hooping experience.
